Choose by condition

Maintain what is cared for—or reset what has built up.

Regular maintains a professionally manageable baseline. Deep restores buildup, missed detail, or a first visit.

Regular: the baseline is already maintained.Deep: buildup, missed detail, or a first reset.

From $119
Maintain

For a home already at a manageable professional-cleaning baseline.

Deep Cleaning

From $289
Reset

For buildup, missed detail, or the first visit before maintenance.

  • Fuller foundationRegular foundation plus bathroom trash removal and heavier bathroom treatment.
  • Full-surface detailReachable baseboards, empty interiors, windows, tracks, and wipe-safe blinds get fuller attention.
  • Stronger methodsHeavier scrubbing, rinsing, polishing, and surface-safe power tools where appropriate.
  • 20-item allowanceUp to 20 eligible lightweight items are moved; clear-path access rules still apply.
Compare technical differences
  • Includes the Regular foundation, kitchen trash removal, and bathroom trash removal

First-visit check

Two or more signs usually means Deep.

Use the home’s actual condition—not the preferred price—to choose.

2+signs point to a fuller reset
  • Baseboards need more than isolated spot attention
  • The shower or tub needs heavier treatment than the Regular light-pressure manual maintenance scrub
  • Bathroom residue or soap film has accumulated
  • Interior windows, blinds, or sliding-door tracks need more than Regular light attention
  • Toilet hinges, base, edges, or crevices need detailed attention
  • The home has not recently been maintained to a professional baseline
See five more signs that point to Deep
  • Ceiling fans, fixture exteriors, or vent faces have visible dust
  • Kitchen grease needs more than maintenance care
  • Edges, corners, cabinets, appliance exteriors, or accessible couch areas have missed-detail buildup
  • You want empty, safely reachable cabinet, drawer, pantry, or closet interiors cleaned
  • You want a reset before beginning recurring Regular Upkeep

Regular Upkeep is maintenance after the professional baseline has been restored—not a discounted Deep Cleaning.

Why Deep starts higher

The $170 difference is more work—not a different label.

$170starting difference

Deep begins with a larger reset and adds fuller surface treatment, stronger methods, more access, and a larger item-moving allowance.

Gloved hands wiping residue from a gas stove surface
Method changesDeep changes the treatment—not just the number of tasks.
01

Larger starting scope

Regular: maintained studio/one-bedroom tier and first full bath. Deep: whole-home reset through 600 sq. ft.

02

More surfaces fully treated

Baseboards, windows, blinds, interior sliding-door tracks, fans, vent faces, cabinet fronts, fixtures, edges, and crevices move beyond spot attention.

03

Stronger cleaning method

Deep may use dwell time, heavier agitation, surface-safe power tools, rinsing, repeated passes, and fuller polishing.

04

More access included

Deep includes its 20-item allowance plus the clarified accessible-couch rule; Regular, Move-In, and Move-Out retain up to 5 eligible items.

See exactly how the treatment changes
Baseboards

Regular spots. Deep sprays and wipes the full reachable run.

Bathing areas

Regular maintains. Deep scrubs, rinses, and polishes more extensively.

Detail zones

Deep includes toilet crevices, fan/fixture exteriors, vent faces, and fuller edge work.

Final inspection

Deep adds a dedicated second detail pass on bathrooms, kitchen, baseboards, windows, and priority zones.

When the $59 bathroom condition adjustment applies

An ordinarily dirty shower is part of normal Deep scope. The additional charge applies only when unusually severe buildup, unusually difficult extended polishing, or difficult cleanable growth/staining around caulk requires focused work beyond normal Deep. Remediation, failed caulk, permanent staining, etching, corrosion, and damaged grout are not guaranteed cleaning outcomes.

Important boundaries

Five rules that keep the price accurate.

These keep normal cleaning, cabinet scope, condition adjustments, itemized work, and owner-review items clearly separated.

Cleaned in place

Appliances, screens, racks, burners, coils, panels, filters, drawers, and hardware remain connected and assembled unless separately reviewed. Furniture-access work follows the service rule: blocking items are not moved, and a couch is moved only for Deep/Move access when it is lightweight and safe to move.

Small-item allowance

Regular, Move-In, Move-Out, and Targeted Deep include up to 5 eligible lightweight items. Deep includes up to 20. These allowances do not mean items blocking under-bed or under-couch floor access will be relocated; larger eligible counts or special handling require review.

Review before confirmation

Unsafe access, restoration, specialty surfaces, excessive quantities, uncertain condition, or unusual work is not automatically priced.

Cabinet-interior scope follows the service

Regular Upkeep does not include cabinet interiors; choose Deep for this Regular-versus-Deep upgrade. Deep Cleaning, Move-In, and Move-Out include normal cleaning of empty, safely reachable interiors. Targeted Deep requires separate confirmation. Contents stay in place.

Non-live pest residue is one condition adjustment

Across affected in-scope or separately confirmed surfaces, light-to-moderate non-live residue adds $49 total once per cleaning; severe accumulation adds $119 total once. It does not add cabinet interiors or other unselected work. Live, active, unsafe, biohazard, pest-control, or remediation conditions require review.

Common questions

Five quick answers.

Why does Deep Cleaning cost much more than Regular Upkeep?

Deep starts $170 higher because it begins with a larger whole-home reset and adds more complete reachable treatment, stronger methods, a 20-item allowance, empty safely reachable interiors, detailed bathroom work, accessible couch-floor work, and closer attention to safely wipeable blinds. Regular remains maintenance-level work, including kitchen-bin removal, the clear-path under-bed rule, a real manual bathroom wash, and a light dusting pass on safely reachable blinds. The Calculator applies the actual home size, room count, condition, and options before contact.

Should I choose Regular Upkeep or Deep Cleaning?

Choose Regular when the home is already at a manageable professional-cleaning baseline. Regular includes kitchen-bin removal, a real manual bathroom maintenance wash, clear-path under-bed vacuuming, and a light dusting pass on safely reachable blinds. Start with Deep for accumulated detail, bathroom-bin removal, heavier bathroom treatment, empty reachable interiors, accessible couch-floor work, or closer blind attention. Move-In and Move-Out follow these clarified Deep methods while keeping their own appliance, price, and item allowances.

Are appliance interiors included?

Microwave-interior cleaning is included with Deep Cleaning and not included with Regular Upkeep. The existing Move-In, Move-Out, and Targeted Deep bathrooms-plus-kitchen scopes also include normal, safely reachable microwave-interior cleaning. Oven and refrigerator/freezer interiors follow their separate condition pricing; Move-Out retains the Light allowance for one oven cavity and one empty standard refrigerator/freezer.

Does the checklist automatically book an appointment?

No. The checklist explains scope. The Calculator prepares a current itemized price and request, which is reviewed before an appointment is confirmed.

How are dead-roach, mite, or roach-egg residue charges applied?

Across affected surfaces already included in, or separately confirmed for, the selected cleaning, light-to-moderate accumulation of dead roaches, visible mites or mite residue, roach eggs or egg casings, and related non-live residue adds $49 total once per cleaning; severe accumulation adds $119 total once. The adjustment does not add cabinet interiors, rooms, or other unselected work. Live or active infestation, unsafe contamination, biohazard conditions, pest-control work, or remediation require individual review. Pest treatment is not included.
