- Microwave interior: Normal, safely reachable microwave-interior cleaning is included with Deep Cleaning.
- Oven and refrigerator/freezer interiors: Light $24, Standard $49, or Heavy $69; large/French-door refrigerator +$29.
- Cabinet, drawer, pantry, and closet interiors: Normal cabinet, drawer, pantry, and closet interior cleaning is included when the areas are empty and safely reachable. If eligible contents block access, the $49 cabinet-access handling upgrade covers temporary move-and-return of up to 50 eligible small lightweight items so those included interiors can be reached. Larger, fragile, valuable, unsafe, organizing, sorting, or specialty handling requires review.
- Under beds and couches: Under an accessible bed is vacuumed only when the floor path is already clear; items blocking the path or stored underneath are not moved. The Regular under-bed rule remains included. Under an accessible couch is cleaned when the path is already clear; behind the couch is cleaned only when the couch is lightweight and can be moved safely for access. Blocking items are not moved.
- Blinds: Safe dusting/wiping while installed is included for the first 4 eligible normal-size blinds when the material allows it; additional eligible blinds are $9 each. Oversized, fragile, damaged, specialty, unsafe/high-access, tool/disassembly-required, or material-incompatible blinds require review.
- Non-live pest residue on in-scope surfaces: Light-to-moderate dead roaches, visible mites or mite residue, roach eggs or egg casings, and related non-live residue across affected surfaces already included in or separately confirmed for the cleaning add $49 total once per cleaning; severe accumulation adds $119 total once. The adjustment does not add cabinet interiors or other unselected areas. Live, active, unsafe, biohazard, pest-control, or remediation conditions require individual review; pest treatment is not included.
- Wall touch-up: a few incidental, safely reachable wall marks may remain included. Focused wall touch-up is +$34 per individual wall. Extensive wall washing, ceilings, smoke or grease residue, failing paint, restoration conditions, unusual surfaces, and unsafe-height work require individual review.
- Savings: the 10% initial Deep recurring-plan savings and verified military savings may both apply under the current stacking rules. Percentage savings are calculated from the full selected pre-GET service subtotal; Hawaiʻi GET is calculated afterward.
- Interior sliding-door tracks: The first 3 selected eligible safely reachable interior or exterior sliding-door track sections are included with Deep Cleaning; additional eligible sections are $24 each. Disassembly, severe corrosion, restoration, unsafe access, damaged hardware, heavy construction residue, or other non-routine conditions require review.
- Jalousie panes: Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, and Targeted Deep Cleaning include the first 10 safely accessible jalousie panes. Additional panes are $1 each. Regular Upkeep is $1 per safely accessible pane from the first pane. Jalousie panes are wiped down while still installed; they are not removed or washed separately.
- Standard removable tabbed screens: Eligible normal-size removable screens are $19 each to remove, wash, and reinstall only when normal tabs or clips permit safe tool-free handling. Screwdriver/tool/disassembly-required, stuck, large sliding, specialty, fixed, damaged, unsafe, exterior, or high-access screens require review or are excluded.
- Oversized / extended layout: No separate +15% option is offered for Deep Cleaning or Targeted Deep Cleaning. Entered square footage determines full-home Deep pricing, while the selected package determines Targeted Deep pricing. Unsafe, high, or otherwise unusual access still requires review.
- Outside-connected units: +$19 per required equipment transition between separately accessed rooms, offices, studios, guest units, or similar structures.
- Pets: The first ordinary pet is included. Each additional pet is $19. One oversized or extra-shedding animal receives one $19 adjustment even when it is the only pet. Urine, feces, fleas, severe odor, waste, biohazards, or unsafe animal conditions require review.
Hawaiʻi GET: 4.712% is added after any eligible discount applied to this visit. I review the complete scope, condition, access, and availability before confirming the appointment.

Interior windows & mirrors
Routine safe interior mirrors/glass, all applicable interior-facing windows/frames/sills/channels and sliding-door tracks are included in the authorized full-cleaning areas, unless expressly excluded. No first-10, 6ft-size, interior-jalousie-pane or routine track-count charge applies. Regular Upkeep retains its own allowance. Detailed floor spots
First eligible small spot included; 2–5 total eligible spots $49; 6–10 $99. Large areas, restoration, unsafe scraping, paint, dye, or specialty-floor risk requires review.
Dishes
Up to 30 normally soiled dish items: $49. Severely burned or carbonized cookware is excluded.
Laundry help
Fold & put away up to 20 eligible clean, fully dry items for $19 or up to 50 for $49. One washer cycle is $14 labor; one dryer cycle is $14 labor; both are $28. Detergent, additives, dryer sheets, machine/coin/card fees, and other third-party laundry costs are customer-paid. More than 50 items, more than one washer or dryer cycle, organizing, ironing, stain treatment, off-site laundry, or specialty handling requires review.
Bed making
$19 per standard accessible bed with customer-provided linens ready.
Access boundary: Within selected appliance work, ordinary fridge shelves/drawers, oven racks and microwave turntables may be removed and replaced only when easy, safe and tool-free. Appliances stay connected and in place. Only ordinary selected cleaning parts that come out and go back easily and safely without tools or problems may be removed/replaced; no force, stuck/fragile/damaged parts, appliance pull-out/disconnection or mechanical disassembly. No general filter-removal entitlement. Selected eligible screens remain separate; no other window hardware is dismantled.

24-Hour Included-Item Review. If an included item was missed, send photos or notes within 24 hours. The concern is reviewed promptly and, when access and scheduling allow, one return touch-up may be arranged. Damage, mold remediation, pest treatment, active infestation, severe or unsafe contamination, repairs, restoration, inaccessible areas, and new mess are outside the standard promise.

How is Deep Cleaning different from Regular Upkeep?
Deep Cleaning is the detailed whole-home reset for accumulated buildup and overlooked areas, including a one-time spring clean on Oʻahu. What changes the $349 starting price?
Home size above 600 sq. ft., heavy bathroom or whole-home condition, and selected optional work can change the itemized price. Bathroom count does not create a separate room surcharge.
Can I start recurring service afterward?
Yes. When ongoing Regular Upkeep is scheduled at confirmation and the first recurring visit is completed within four weeks, the initial Deep Cleaning receives 10% off the full selected pre-GET service subtotal. Future Regular Upkeep uses the chosen recurring rate: weekly 10%, every two weeks 5%, or every four weeks at the standard rate.
Are oven and refrigerator interiors included?
They are optional. The price builder offers Light, Standard, and Heavy condition levels, plus a large-refrigerator adjustment when applicable. Removable electric-coil drip pans are excluded and replacement is recommended.
Are interior windows included?
Routine safe interior mirrors/glass, all applicable interior-facing windows/frames/sills/channels and sliding-door tracks are included in the authorized full-cleaning areas, unless expressly excluded. How long does a deep clean take?
Timing depends on home size, condition, access, bathrooms, and selected priorities. Photos can help when the condition is difficult to describe.
Are inside cabinets and drawers included?
Yes. Normal cabinet, drawer, pantry, and closet interior cleaning is included when the areas are empty and safely reachable. If eligible contents block access, the $49 cabinet-access handling upgrade covers temporary move-and-return of up to 50 eligible small lightweight items so those included interiors can be reached. Larger, fragile, valuable, unsafe, organizing, sorting, or specialty handling requires review.
How are dead-roach, mite, or roach-egg residue charges handled?
Across surfaces already included in, or separately confirmed for, the selected cleaning, light-to-moderate accumulation of dead roaches, visible mites or mite residue, roach eggs or egg casings, and related non-live residue adds $49 total once per cleaning; severe accumulation adds $119 total once. This condition adjustment does not add cabinet interiors or any other unselected area. Live or active infestation, unsafe contamination, biohazard conditions, pest-control work, or remediation requires individual review. Pest treatment, extermination, decontamination, and remediation are not included.
Do you bring the cleaning supplies?
Yes. I bring prepared supplies, fresh microfiber, and surface-appropriate products for the confirmed scope.
WHAT THE RESET CHANGES
Deep changes both the cleaning method and the number of surfaces fully treated.
Deep keeps the Regular foundation, including kitchen trash removal. Reachable baseboards are sprayed and wiped. Bathing areas receive heavier scrubbing, rinsing, and fuller polishing; surface-safe power tools may be used when appropriate. Bathroom trash is taken out to the available onsite bin. Empty, safely reachable cabinet, drawer, pantry, and closet interiors are included, along with normal reachable interior glass, detailed ceiling fans, fixture/vent exteriors, toilet crevices, cabinet fronts, edges, and corners.
Expanded Deep allowance: moving and returning up to 20 eligible lightweight items total is included. 21–50 is $49. Excluded or special handling requires review.

Detailed cleaning: included work and clear boundaries
Move-Out, Move-In and whole-home Deep cover applicable indoor areas of the quoted home. Targeted covers only selected rooms and tasks; floors-only stays floors-only. Explicit exclusions control.
Dust and wipe accessible baseboards. Wipe door faces and frames. Clean door handles. Wipe light-switch plates. Dust safely reachable fan blades. Wipe safely reachable light-fixture exteriors without opening fixtures. Clean accessible vent-cover surfaces, not ducts. Remove safely reachable cobwebs.
Clean interior mirrors. Clean routine interior glass surfaces. Clean the interior-facing glass of all safely accessible windows, including interior-facing jalousie glass. Clean interior window frames and sills. Clean routine window channels. Clean routine sliding-door tracks. This routine work applies within authorized full-cleaning areas, not excluded or floors-only rooms. Counts and safe large size are not extra-fee caps. Regular glass/detail allowances are not broadened.
Empty safely reachable cabinet/drawer/pantry/closet interiors are included in whole-home detailed service. Targeted full kitchens/bathrooms include their empty cabinet/drawer interiors; occupied handling is separate.
Move-Out/Move-In: first standard refrigerator/freezer and first oven interiors have a LIGHT baseline unless excluded. Deep/Targeted/Regular: each only when specifically noted, with applicable pricing. Microwave interiors and dishwasher doors follow full kitchen cleaning; full dishwasher interiors require specific notation. Unknown condition is a LIGHT proposal assumption, not a finding. Above-LIGHT work and unpriced combinations need applicable agreed pricing before extra work. The successor LIGHT appliance pair plus selected Standard area has no authorized complete package amount: owner quote required.
Blinds and screens are separate only when specifically noted, with applicable quantity, price and safety limits. Easy safe tool-free removal/replacement of ordinary fridge shelves/drawers, oven racks and microwave turntables is allowed only within selected appliance work. Appliances stay connected and in place. Only ordinary selected cleaning parts that come out and go back easily and safely without tools or problems may be removed/replaced; no force, stuck/fragile/damaged parts, appliance pull-out/disconnection or mechanical disassembly. No general filter-removal entitlement. Exterior window faces, blind work and screens are not inferred from interior-glass work. Occupied-content handling, organizing and excessive or unsafe moving require separate agreed work. No carpet/rug extraction, shampooing, upholstery cleaning, junk hauling or unverified mold remediation. No restoration, stain-removal, surface-safety, landlord, inspection or deposit guarantee.
