How product choices are made

The product should fit the home.

Oʻahu homes can combine salt air, red dirt, hard-water residue, humidity, delicate finishes, and mixed flooring. The product path is chosen for the actual material and buildup—not from a one-size-fits-all routine.

1

Read the surface

Finish, age, coating, grout, glass, stone, flooring, and moisture areas are checked before a product path is chosen.

2

Match the buildup

Everyday soil, red dirt, grease, soap scum, mineral spots, and hard-water haze do not all respond to the same product.

3

Keep the scope clear

The final product plan follows the agreed scope, surface compatibility, and any preferences shared before booking.

Measured use and lower-impact practices

Measured products, targeted care, and less waste.

I use measured dilution, fresh microfiber, neutral floor care where appropriate, and specialty products only where the buildup and compatible surface call for them.

I do not make a blanket “green” or “eco-friendly” claim for every cleaning. A more responsible approach is to avoid unnecessary product, follow the label, start with the least aggressive practical path, and step up only when the surface and buildup justify it.

Concentrated where practicalControlled dilution and fewer random bottles in the home.
Fresh microfiberBetter wipe-downs, cleaner passes, and less need to overuse product.
Neutral floor careCompatible floors get a cleaner path instead of unnecessary strong products.
Specialty stays targetedMineral, hard-water, and grease products are used where they actually make sense.
The product kit

Six product paths, chosen by surface and buildup.

This is the core kit I commonly work from. It does not mean every product is used at every job.

Label-first rule: current manufacturer directions, dilution, contact time, ventilation, surface compatibility, and the agreed cleaning scope control how a product is used.

A clear product path, not a random bottle lineup.

Desktop: choose a path to review its role. Mobile: open one product at a time. Each official manufacturer page opens in a new tab.

01Everyday hard surfacesSal Suds

Dr. Bronner’s Sal Suds

Best fit: A practical first path for compatible washable hard surfaces, touchpoints, counters where appropriate, and everyday buildup.

Check first: Dilution, finish, and surface type still matter. I do not use it as a one-product answer for every material.

02Professional peroxide pathH2Orange2 117

EnvirOx H2Orange2 117

Best fit: Used when a professional peroxide-based path fits the surface, scope, dilution, and cleaning goal.

Check first: Sanitizing or disinfecting claims depend on label directions, dilution, contact time, and water-safe surfaces.

03Bathroom mineral workMineral Shock

EnvirOx Mineral Shock

Best fit: Used for compatible bathroom surfaces with mineral scale, hard-water buildup, lime, rust, soap scum, or similar buildup.

Check first: Rinsing, controlled contact time, and surface limits matter. Natural stone and delicate finishes are checked first.

04Hard-water detailBio-Clean

Bio-Clean Hard Water Stain Remover

Best fit: A targeted detail option for compatible hard-water spotting on glass, chrome, tile, fiberglass, porcelain, stainless steel, and similar surfaces.

Check first: Because it uses mild abrasive action, I only use it where that level of detail work is appropriate for the surface.

05Heavy-grease supportGP101

Flo-Kem GP101

Best fit: A stronger support path for kitchen grease, oily buildup, range areas, and heavier residue when normal cleaning is not enough.

Check first: Not a default product. I only use it when the job calls for stronger degreasing and the surface can handle it.

06Neutral floor careGP106

Flo-Kem GP106

Best fit: A floor-care path for compatible vinyl, stone, ceramic, laminate, LVT, and similar floors when neutral cleaning is the better fit.

Check first: Floor finish, sealers, age, residue, red dirt, and prior products can change what should be used.

Exact products • customized on request

No mystery products. Share custom requests before I arrive.

The core products vary in fragrance: some contain essential oils or a manufacturer-added scent, while others are more neutral. I do not add extra fragrance by default. Share fragrance sensitivity, scent preferences, or a client-supplied product before scheduling so I can review what is practical for the home and surface.

Preferences recordedProduct, fragrance, pet, baby, kūpuna, and allergy notes can be shared before scheduling. Client-supplied optionsA product you already trust can be reviewed in advance for fit and safety. Surface limits respectedI will not use a requested product where it could create avoidable risk.
Product questions

Quick answers before booking.

What cleaning products do you use?

The core kit shown on this page includes Dr. Bronner’s Sal Suds, EnvirOx H2Orange2 117, EnvirOx Mineral Shock, Bio-Clean Hard Water Stain Remover, Flo-Kem GP101, and Flo-Kem GP106. The actual product path depends on the surface, buildup, scope, and any preferences shared before scheduling.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

I do not make one blanket eco-friendly claim for every cleaning. I use lower-impact practices where practical, including concentrated products, measured dilution, fresh microfiber, neutral floor care when appropriate, and specialty products used only where they make sense.

Will every product on this page be used in my home?

No. This is the kit I commonly work from. The final product path depends on the surface, buildup, finish, access, requested scope, manufacturer directions, and the preferences you share before scheduling.

Can I request scent customization or essential oils?

You can share fragrance sensitivity or scent preferences before booking. Essential oils are not automatically added, and any scent request is reviewed for pets, children, household sensitivities, ventilation, surface compatibility, and the product label.

Can you use a product I already trust?

Often, yes. Client-supplied products can be discussed before the appointment as long as the product fits the surface, the cleaning goal, and the scope.

Are these products right for every surface?

No. Natural stone, polished finishes, damaged coatings, delicate fixtures, sealed floors, glass, and other specialty surfaces are checked before choosing a product path.

Why list the exact products at all?

Because there should be no secrets or surprises about what may be brought into your home. You can review the common kit, ask questions, and request reasonable adjustments before the appointment.

Ready when the scope is clear

Want the product plan considered before scheduling?

Build the cleaning price, add photos if helpful, and share any product preferences with the final request. I will review the product notes before an appointment is confirmed.
