Detailed cleaning: included work and clear boundaries

Move-Out, Move-In and whole-home Deep cover applicable indoor areas of the quoted home. Targeted covers only selected rooms and tasks; floors-only stays floors-only. Explicit exclusions control.

Dust and wipe accessible baseboards. Wipe door faces and frames. Clean door handles. Wipe light-switch plates. Dust safely reachable fan blades. Wipe safely reachable light-fixture exteriors without opening fixtures. Clean accessible vent-cover surfaces, not ducts. Remove safely reachable cobwebs.

Clean interior mirrors. Clean routine interior glass surfaces. Clean the interior-facing glass of all safely accessible windows, including interior-facing jalousie glass. Clean interior window frames and sills. Clean routine window channels. Clean routine sliding-door tracks. This routine work applies within authorized full-cleaning areas, not excluded or floors-only rooms. Counts and safe large size are not extra-fee caps. Regular glass/detail allowances are not broadened.

Empty safely reachable cabinet/drawer/pantry/closet interiors are included in whole-home detailed service. Targeted full kitchens/bathrooms include their empty cabinet/drawer interiors; occupied handling is separate.

Move-Out/Move-In: first standard refrigerator/freezer and first oven interiors have a LIGHT baseline unless excluded. Deep/Targeted/Regular: each only when specifically noted, with applicable pricing. Microwave interiors and dishwasher doors follow full kitchen cleaning; full dishwasher interiors require specific notation. Unknown condition is a LIGHT proposal assumption, not a finding. Above-LIGHT work and unpriced combinations need applicable agreed pricing before extra work. The successor LIGHT appliance pair plus selected Standard area has no authorized complete package amount: owner quote required.

Blinds and screens are separate only when specifically noted, with applicable quantity, price and safety limits. Easy safe tool-free removal/replacement of ordinary fridge shelves/drawers, oven racks and microwave turntables is allowed only within selected appliance work. Appliances stay connected and in place. Only ordinary selected cleaning parts that come out and go back easily and safely without tools or problems may be removed/replaced; no force, stuck/fragile/damaged parts, appliance pull-out/disconnection or mechanical disassembly. No general filter-removal entitlement. Exterior window faces, blind work and screens are not inferred from interior-glass work. Occupied-content handling, organizing and excessive or unsafe moving require separate agreed work. No carpet/rug extraction, shampooing, upholstery cleaning, junk hauling or unverified mold remediation. No restoration, stain-removal, surface-safety, landlord, inspection or deposit guarantee.
